Hey guys, I'm 6'2 about 240. I recently completed a cycle of Test E, and NPP. Unfortunately about 2 months ago I began to have terrible stomach pains. I found out I have really bad acid reflux and a hyital hernia. Long story story I lost a bunch of weight and have a very hard time eating now. I was about 260 in mid May. Definitely lost a lot of mass but decided if I was going to lose mass I might as well try and lose bf too. Started adding cardio to my routine, which I've rarely done in my 15 years of working out.
