I'm 30 years old, 12.5% body fat. I train 5 days a week, I do 10mins medium-high intensity cardio 5 days a week. Currently I'm running my 5th cycle in the past 6 years. It consists of the following
Wks 1 - 10 Test C 500mg/wk - 2 shots per wk
Wks 1- 14 EQ 600mg/wk - 2 shots per wk
Wks 9-14 Winny 50mg EOD
Wks 10-14 Test P 100mg/ EOD
Arimidex 0.50mg every 3 days
PCT:
Wks 15 - 16 HCG 500iu (first 3 days only of week 16) so 10 days total
Wks 16 Nolvadex 40mg/ED
Wks 17 Nolvadex 40mg/ED
Wks 18 Nolvadex 20mg/ED
Wks 19 Nolvadex 20mg/ED
I'm currently in my 6th week of this cycle. Things are progressing as they should
Below is my diet. I'm trying to obtain a lean muscular body. This is a low carb diet
530am - I have all my supplements that are in powder form so it hit the bloodstream faster

vit d with k2
vit b2
multivitamin
calcium
2 x omega 3 pills
Meal #1
6am - Breakfast
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1 scoop whey protein
10g BCAA
30ml of NAKA vital greens (taken just before I leave for work)
Meal #2
8:30am - Snack
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops whey protein
15ml flax oil
Meal #3
11am - Lunch
1/2 cup brown rice
8oz lean beef
2 cups of broccoli
2 x omega 3 pills
Meal #4 (pre workout)
130 - 2pm
8oz sweet potato
8oz chicken breast
10g BCAA
1/4 cup almonds
****TRAINING****
Meal #5 (post workout)
430 - 5pm
1 scoop Waxi Maize
2 scoops whey protein
15g glutamine
10g BCAA
Meal #6 - Dinner
8oz salmon
1/2 cup brown rice
2 cups broccoli
Meal #7 - Bedtime Snack
1 scoop Casein protein
Any help or thoughts on improvements would be greatly appreciated
