    How to taper off Arimidex?

Hey guys, I had high estrogen based on lab work. When coming off cycle I will want to get completely off Arimidex. I know that I am estrogen sensitive and I have first hand experienced estro rebound. I want to avoid this at all cost. I'm currently on 1mg ED. Even at this does I am still in the normal to low range for my estrogen. Would dropping .25MG every two weeks be sufficient to avoid estrogen rebound?

That is a very high dose of arimidex. And yes a taper like you mentioned would be useful as well as the addition of a SERM to mitigate the effects were there to be a rebound.

So, while at the same time I am tapering down add in 20mg ED of Nolva?

I've actually been off cycle for quite a while. To be honest I'm done cycling for good. My doctor put me on 50mg Clomid and 1mg Adex as a form of TRT b/c my body never fully recovered. It worked for a while but My body is no longer producing a good amount of test with clomid so my doctor may put me on small doses of test. My question was more premtive, if he wants to lower my arimidex dose I want to be knowledgeable to avoid estro rebound. So would .25MG drop over the course of two weeks while at the same time taking 20mg nolva prevent rebound.
