Hi,
I started a new labs test e and asin
and its the 2nd week in(i took a 1 week break from pinning, i blast & cruise not cycle)
i started noticing acne on my shoulder and back(2-3 bumps) and today my face exploded(6-7 acne spots holy fcuk)
My question is, Is the acne sprouting up because of high estro(test to est conversion) because if that's the case then i guess my asin is bunk ....(i took 25mg today because i got scared thought it was estrogen getting higher)
help me please!

May just be from the fluctuation of hormones in your body. I get a couple little breakouts every time I blast up or return to cruise.

Doesn't mean your ai is bunk just an out of balance reaction. After a couple of days for me the disappear as fast as they pop up.

Depending on how much test you are on 25mg of aromasin should not crash your estrogen levels especially after two days and I certainly wouldn't be trying to. Just stick to the original course and let your levels stabilize.

on 600mg/week right now, was on a cruise(250-200mg/week) for 3 weeks(was waiting for my order to arrive haha)

I agree. 12.5 - 25 mg ED of Aromasin is the normal dosage.

Correct^^^^^ jumping your doses around will never let you get estrogen under control.

Correct again ^^^^^ and I don't believe you can crash estrogen with aromasin at these doses and certainly not in two days!

After over 25 years of zits I still dont know why I they appear.
Nowadays I seem to get more acne during PCT and off cycle than during cycle. Im on cycle now, and although my skin is much more greasy I dont get one zit.
Wonder if there is some mecanism in the LH or FSH that trigger acne?!?!?

I never had hardly a pimple when I was a kid. And the only time I get them now is when I am switching doses either from lower to higher or higher to lower either one doesn't matter and I only get a couple thenand they're only there for a day or two so for me I'm pretty sure it's fluctuating hormones. Now whether FSH or LH can trigger pimples I don't know maybe something to look into.

tbh I never had a problem with acne on cycle until recently when i cruised and went back on a blast
as for naturally during my teenage years... My face was spot clean until i was 17(i started fapping for the first time when i was 17 lol)
I was naturally vitamin and mineral depleted and ejaculating made it worse so that's what caused shit skin and acne.
I think the main culprits for acne are Estrogen and Prolactin.
