    Back in the Game

Peeps - It's been over year since my last go at this. I started this last Sunday with my first pin of Test E 300. I knew I would have a limp for a few days and at times it feels good especially when I workout; except for running! My questions are today (48hrs) still a little swollen and have some redness. It doesn't really feel warm. I remember last time it happened on the left quad (once) the same this time? Is it normal to have one side irritate more. I feel I did everything right. I didn't put it under warm water (oil base). I am suppose to pin Thursday right side. Should I try a completely new area? i.e deltoid even that looks more difficult to find the right spot.

you should give each site 7 days before pinning again I use glutes alternating each side and the pain is normal for virgin muscle

Virgin muscles are painful. Did you use a 1.5" needle?

    Nah 25G 1-inch

I was thinking maybe I was a little lower than I should be. Watched another video and they were higher.

Do you all go all the way in or maybe half?? In the past I would go half way in. A buddy suggest that the first time around.

Needle should go all the way in. 1 inch is many times short for glutes.

Haha thanks for the feed back. I do think I should have been a little higher on the thigh. Up the leg I mean! We shall see how the right side does Thursday.
