Gonna be running test E 250x2 a week.
Let's say I would inject at 4pm Monday and same thing Thursday 4pm. Would the week after that be the same thing?

pinning every three and half days is optimal, but what you're planning is fine.

Every 3.5 days would look like: Monday morning and Thursday afternoon, every week.

The more frequent the better but 86 hours between pins and then 82 hours between pins isn't a big deal.
