Hey all, I had started a few previous threads asking for some advice on how to handle everything. As a person who lost 90 lbs almost 8 years ago when I began to train seriously, I've dealt with some loose skin and confidence issues because of it. Today, I had a mini abdominoplasty to take care of this. I can't wait for the results and will finally be confident enough to post some pics eventually. I've been running TB500, high dose Glutamine, Vitamin E and probiotics. I've also made some bone broth with collagen and plan to assist with the best healing possible along with keeping protein high. If there are any suggestions let me know, but mostly just wanted to thank everyone for the prior support!
