What do ya'll think about the T to E ratio? We know that everyone is different and feels better at different T levels.
I read on Nelson Vergels site ( i wont list it) about this topic and how some guys felt like crap with TT of 1000+ with E2 @ 20 but felt much better when there TT was lower in the 750 or so. Which changed the ratio.
Its a pretty new concept so wanted to see if anybody else had thoughts on it.
Might be something to it instead of saying everyones E2 should be X.
