    Lat imbalance

I seem to have developed a lat imbalance, can anyone recommend exercises and programme to increase my left lat size?

I think you are holding your left shoulder higher giving the illusion of a difference in development.

Maybe some slight imbalance , but nothing to worry about , I have same with my biceps! I just do two extra reps when I do single arm curls on the smaller side

Try doing maybe single hand rows an extra rep or two if you really feel massive difference in them

I think it's not as much of an imbalance as a slight spinal structure problem...Either way it doesn't look too bad

I don't think it's anything to worry but how well rounded is your back routine? Are you doing dead lifts, lower back extensions, bent over rows, t-bar rows, pulley rows? It looks like the middle of your back could use some work which would tie it all together and most likely keep you from feeling unbalanced.

    Thanks for the responses guys...

There is a definite deference in the flare from the front view which is why I noticed the imbalance.
I don't feel any strength differences between the two sides, so maybe a few extra DB rows will do the job.

Thanks for the comment regarding my middle back that is something that I will work on...

Current back day looks like this.... (Started this programme a couple of months ago, and not deadlifted before)

    Deadlift 3x6
    Barbell row 3x6
    Chin ups weighted 3x6
    Close last pull down 3x6
    DB rows 3x6
