    Diet structure

    Ive read many posts and stickies on here in regards to bulking, what to eat and when to eat but I am confused as to what is best as there are so many different views and opinions.

    For example, I will be working out at approx 7:00pm. Do I eat a pro/fat meal after working out since its later in the day or eat pro and simple sugars? Ive also read posts where users say it does not matter so long as you get your calories/macros in.

    What do you recommend for the following:

    - 6:00am: meal 1: pro/carb/fat ?

    - 9:00am: meal 2: pro/fat?

    - 12:00pm: meal 3: pro/fat?

    - 3:00pm: meal 4: pro/fat?

    - 6:00pm: meal 5: pro/ carb? (pre wo)

    - 9:00pm: meal 6: pro/carb? (post wo)

    See what works best for u. There are alot of diets out there to follow. Eat alot of carbs and cals before and after working out for a couple weeks then stop and work out with out them. U will see how YOUR body reacts to it and see what best works for u

    I eat 2:1 (carbs to protein) after I workout. Simple carbs, too. In fact, I eat rolls of Smarties (ea roll is 7g dextrose) and whey or chicken. It's rad to workout, gnaw on a full mouth of chicken breast, and then eat 7-11 rolls of candy.
