Estrogen/prolactin level problems

Hi guys, currently 3 week into a 500mg/wk test only cycle.. I started arimidex 0.5 eod and at the beginning of last week my nipples puffed out. I then assumed high estrogen so I upped the dose ending up taking 1mg Thursday and Friday. Since then the puffy nipples are still there , however I expect my estrogen has crashed low.

My libidos nowhere to be seen. Joints are cracking... Dry lips, all symptoms of low estrogen yet I still have puffy nipples which is a high estrogen side effect right?

I'm struggling and don't know what to do. I have started 20mg nolvadex from last night and I will see how that goes on. Surely I don't have high pro Latin levels from a test only cycle ? I have been taking vitamin b6 just in case for the last couple of days at 300mg x2 but nipples still puffy.

I just want them to reduce in size so do you think this nolvadex at 20mg will shift it. Thankyou for your time guys.

Ever heard of discounted labs look them up. Go get your e2 tested to ease your mind, maybe stop playing with roids might help also. Good luck.

You need to get blood work and dial in your ai dosage properly. Mean time , yes, nolva will address your puffy nipples. You know often nipples become puffy and sensative simply due to hormonal fluctuations. A condition that shortly remedies itself. Manage your e2 properly, from the start, with blood work in the future to avoid such a dilemma.
