What are the signs of high and low estrogen while on cycle

Can someone list the effects you feel from high and low estradiol levels when cycling? Thanks in advance.

high/low E2 symptoms vary from person to person, but there are common ones like joint pain from low E2,and water retention from high E2. it takes a while to learn how to read the signs but eventually you'll get there.

If you monitor your BP daily and you see it trending up, that would be a good indicator that your estrogen levels are raising. You also have to be consistent with your diet(carbs) and sodium intake while doing this. Water retention = elevated BP.

If any FBB/women are reading this, here's my experience with high/low E2 while on cycle:

    High E2

    • Increased acne (either face or upper arms roid rashs style)
    • Increased libido
    • Water retention more than normal
    • Highly emotional
    • Potential depression
    • Low energy / lethargy

    Low E2 w/ High Test
    • Increased acne (either face or upper arms roid rashs style)
    • Increased libido on Test-based (EQ, etc) and/or Nandrolone (Deca, NPP, Tren) based AAS (not DHT based: Primo, Masteron, Anavar)
    • Menstruation irregularity
    • Increased aggression, rages over stupid shit
