Apparently, when you're in a fat-burning state, you maintain a slight level of dehydration, regardless of how much h2o you're throwing back. So, if five days after returning to maintenance, you find that you're 5,8,10 lbs heavier, don't shit your shorts; it's probs just water. That said, that water-weight will steal some of your definition.
But, in theory, your TDEE should hold your lean weight and BF constant.
