    Thoughts on Keto Dieting

Im about 3 weeks into my Keto diet I was just wondering peoples take on it. For me I honestly don't mind the low carb high fat. Im at 6 meals a day if I miss a meal Ill just double up. 200lbs went from a 3500 a day calorie intake to a 2800 calorie a day. I feel less tired actually. I measure everything in grams to make sure I get the proper intake. Has anyone else done this and what were your results I know everybodys different just curious.

I did keto when i was cutting and i found that it helped with hunger cravings (because fats helped me stay more full) and i felt that it helped me burn more fat and spare more muscle than when i was cutting with high carb low fat..

Vitamin B, pre workout, meal timing, something u maybe eating making u tired as well.

This is when studying ur body and understand ur body comes into play brother.. See where ur meals are placed and move them. If u feel tired do it again . or if u eat something and see how u feel after.

I honestly don't get tired. I felt more tired with a lot of carbs. I do feel full all the time especially if I miss a meal and double up but I just force myself to stay on task.

exactly every body is different with a lot of diets Ill just adjust to what works for me. So far 6 meals a day works great for me kind of a pain in the ass if im running around doing things but my energy stays constant. I also do pre workouts and drink lots of water all day sometimes dehydration can cause tiredness

Been drinking plenty of water and taking b complex, zinc. All my ketostix are very dark pink but not purple. Maybe my fat intake is not quite high enough or slightly too much protein, I read somewhere too much protein can interfere which ketosis. Digging into it because it like I've been in limbo with this diet. Not fully in keto but too far out of normal eating.

I started a keto macro split of 65/35/5 back in june. Which put me about .8 g protein /lbm. Never got more than 1.3 on the glucometer and that was short lived. Pretty much stayed around .3-.4. But i saw the results at 4-5 lbs a week, so i didnt worry about not achieving " optimal ketosis" as TBH you dont have to follow any specific macro split to lose, just keep a deficit and you will be fine.
My protein was probably to high to get into that state, I am just not willing to lower it anymore, I did not want to chance any LBM loss.
