I also start every other work out with my physical therapy exercises. I keep bands and everything I need in my gym bag, in case I need to do them. You have been going heavy for a while so it wouldn't hurt to deload forna couple weeks. I found out about a vetrinary prescription drug called psgag ( polysulfated glycosaminoglycan ) from reading the profiles here. Look into it there is a generic version available without a prescription. It is the exact same drug, but to get around Adequan's patent they say its to be used for a different reason. Its called Ichon, and its available without a script if you look around. I looked into it further than just the profile, and it appears to be a miracle drug for anybody suffering from joint or soft tissue discomfort. In the few cases of human use they claim their problems have been completely fixed. Its just a simple IM injection twice a week for 2 months. Price is around what you would pay for a bottle of prop. My shoulder has flared up again, and might possibly be torn now. I find out next week if I need surgery or let it heal. I will definitely be picking up some of the ichon, I would go with Adequan, but all the places require a script.
