Im on my 3rd cycle and every cycle i always have terrible nipple sensitivity the entire time. Even with 2.5mgs letro 2x per week and caber 0.5mg 2x per week. Adex and aromasin have little to no effect on me. Why with such large doses of letro am i still having extremely painful nipples? I know my letro is legit, its AP. Is this definately estradiol causing this?

15 to 20% is a very large range. I would not guesstimate and just get your BF tested properly. Nipple sensitivity is not at all a trigger for increasing dosage.

All these guessing games are what get people in hot water. I would get blood work if you're genuinely concerned.

Body fat caliper at 7pts told me I'm 11% bf but I know I'm not that low. My scale says I'm 30% and I know I'm not that high so really its hard to say my bf%.

Current cycle is:
testPP Test E 400 ew
Npp&DECA 200 ew
Tren A 700ew

Each cycle has had either nandrolone or tren so I don't know if my nipple pain could be prolactin related?

Those are STRONG AI's and your also using CABASER. I would get some blood work done,,,only way to know what the problem is and treat it correctly.
