    Ultimate diet 2.0 on tren or gear in general

    Anyone has done it? How was it? What did you run? Did you make any changes?

    Excuse my ignorance what is ultimate diet 2.0?
    If you want to keep things simple test and tren is good for a easy run...if you have too much money then a cycle can get much more complex then that...
    Cardio HIT every other day for 12 to 15 minutes and you are good to go...

    I believe it's some sort of keto diet? Low to no carbs
