    Exhausted after workout

I have a question which I hope someone can help me with.

I am doing ICF 5x5 the problem is I just start to feel so exhausted Im so tired that I can barely wake up in the morning (always had trouble waking up, but worse now), but im not that tired throughout the day.. Maybe its a normal feeling after workout im not sure .

I am sleeping like 8-10 hours every night, my work isnt exhausting since its an office job..
I have been adding lbs to the bar every single workout and I still am (I started out with the bar only)

    Squat 176 lbs

Deadlift 132 lbs (This is relative low since I was practicing in getting good form instead of lifting heavy)

    Barbell row 121 lbs

    Bench 143

    overhead press 99 lbs

I have been doing the workout since start of july where I had a break of 2 weeks from 17 july - 3 august.
But Im starting to feel so tired its worst the day after the workout.

I am eating good and have been gaining from 159bs to 166
I upped my calories last week, because it seemed like my weight had stopped increasing then I added 300 calories and my weight increased like 3.5 lbs Which I think was water weight after upping the calories.

Im eating around 3400 calories a day with 389 carbs 272 prot and 76 fat

I dont know if I should just up the calories even more if that could be the reason, but according to my weight im still gaining and I dont want to look like a sumo next year so increasing too much might just make me fat lol..

    Stats about myself

    Age: 22
    Height: 6'1 ft
    Weight: 169 lbs

I'd eat more carbs and fat. At your weight and height I wouldn't worried about looking like "sumo". Eat alot of food and lift some weights man. You are skinny AF right now.
