Whenever I start a really productive cycle - ie, tren, drol, halo - I get severe tendonitis as my strength overtakes my tendon strength. I know test causes collagen depletion but I don't use much test and I take collagen supplements. I've just had to finish a cycle early due to severe tendonitis again. I need a comprehensive program to build my tendon strength up before my next cycle. Does anyone have any experience with this? I've looked into some different exercises for tendon strength training but I need a program.
