Nothing fancy here, just thought I'd share my favorite morning oatmeal.
1 cup whole rolled oats, plain.
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon protein powder (or more depending on taste/macros)
1/2 banana
Add it all to your favorite bowl and nuke for 1 min 15 secs and enjoy. Taste like the No Bake Cookies my dad used to cook around Christmas time. Simple and tasty.
