    Cutting advice needed

Sup guys, just finished a long bulk, gonna go on a cut after PCT is done in a little while. Need advice on dieting:

    237lb, 20-22% bf.

Goal is to go down to 10-12% bf by jan/feb. So need to lose 30-40lb starting october. Gonna try out Clen after I get to 12% to give me an extra push.

TDEE 3700-4100 depending on how much i go to gym. I scaled back my gym from 5-6times/wk to 2-3/wk due to fatigue and busy schedule. When dieting ill probably lift 2 times and do HIIT bike 30-40min 2 times as well every week.

Gonna start off with 3500 cal a day and drop 500 more calories every month until i reach desired body weight. So i should be at 2000 cal/day by jan.

Question is how much of my calorie split should be carb/proteins/fats? And should i be carb cycling? Im gonna have a day every week for refeed thats for sure. Last time I dieted 2.5 years ago I was not careful enough and lost too much muscle (i didn't have much to begin with since i wasn't lifting yet) and i looked completely flat, skinny and weak. I put on a lot on muscle mass since, I need to keep as much as I can. Any advice is much appreciated!!

EDIT: forgot to add, creatine or no creatine during cut? Im pretty bloated right now lol

Search for ***dieting 101 carb cycling***. It's a sticky in the diet section by gbrice75. I'm carb cycling myself and it works well for me. Everyone is different so you will have to find out what works for you. I've used this for bulk and my current cut. Personally, I maintain 1.5 g of protein per lbm and that is subjective in itself. I'm in no way a guru, I had to read through plenty on the diet forum and so far this is much better than what I was doing before.
