Not just " not bad " it is pretty damn solid for any age.
Good job!
:-) thanks! it means a lot coming from guys who know what it takes.
Your in fantastic shape. Many guys half your age would kill for a physique like yours. Whats your secret at 52??

Great work... My new hero!
wish i could have abs like that
Looking great man!!
wow! you guys are making me feel great! thanks.
let's see, here are a few of my lessons learned:
never stop trying to be better
adapt round the injury
stretch and rest (listen to your body)
eat clean and consistent
get 8-9 h sleep/night
been sober for 5 years - it hasn't always been easy/fun, but i'm sure it's helped.
nothing heavy (<6 reps) anymore
i've recently transitioned to HIT (or my version of it anyway). the intensity is incredible and i think it's allowed me to get to the next level while doing a better job of preserving my joints.
Remember, as we age recuperation between workouts is paramount. Protein consumption becomes more important as well.
Dietary protein and exercise training in ageing. - PubMed - NCBI
thanks for forwarding article - i hadn't seen that. i target 300 g protein/day combination of meat/fish, dairy, and shakes. i tried pea pod protein recently and wouldn't recommend it for anything...
