SARM on cycle support / PCT for SARM

I hope this is in the right spot, please move if needed.

My Hx:

42 male
175lb
5 ' 9 ''
Diet and exercise are fairly on point.

Have not done blood work yet.

Ran a osta cycle a few months back, for almost 12 weeks ( oral pill supply 90 days ), got sore nipples, burning a bit, so I killed it with an OTC Arimistane product. Seemed to have done the trick, and I recovered fine.

I want to run another sarm cycle with Ibutamoren ( mk-677 ) and ostarine this time, but want to know what cycle support during and after I should consider?

At this moment I have no pharm grade Clomid, Adx, Asn, or Nolva, so RC will have to do for now. Any suggestions are helpful. I just don't want to have the same issues as before, and want to stay ahead of the curve as it were before starting my 2 sarm cycle.

So, any suggestions on AIs will be helpful.


I have an appt with an md next week to try and secure HRT/TRT, but the sarm cycle will have to do for now.

mk is not a sarm. It is an oral GHRP.
The only sides you need to manage are the ones that will come from Osta. Based on your last run Id say a low dose Ai is in order. I suggest Aromasin or Arimidex (stane or dex).
For your pct id suggest clomid & nolva.
