Few things

You should only use 1 compound for your first cycle (mainly so you know if your getting negative side effects etc you know what is causing it) so leave the equipoise out (400mg a week for that length of time wont do a thing, but thats a different argument)

I personaly would have gone for Test Enth or Test Cyp instead of Sustanon which is a blend of 4 different Tests which release at different times, it should be injected EOD minimum to help maintain stable blood levels.

If you insist on runing the sustanon I would take 500mg a week, try to inject it EOD if you can, even if you took 0.5ml EOD. If its single vials inject it twice a week.

HCG should be ran through the full cycle not just at the end, go for 2 shots of 250iu every week

Arimidex should be ran at 0.25 EOD, if it is too low then increase to 0.5 EOD
