please help me construct my "going back to college" grocery list

Hey guys. So im going back to college and ill be buying my own food now, so im trying to be a little economical. I am on a cut still , if that helps.

    Weekly list so far
    1b chicken breast a day
Half a sweet potato a day
A can of tuna a day
    3 eggs a day
Chobani 0 fat vanilla yogurt of the gods
    Half an avocado a day
    An apple a day
Tomatoes and cucumbers for when i get hungry and want to snack

This is generally what i eat now. What am i missing as a staple of my diet. For meat im only on chicken and tuna as theyre easy to prepare/come canned (tuna) im at 1800 or 1700 cals a day.

    Thanks!!!

My shopping list contains two items on most weeks.

    Sams club:
    2 x bagged Chicken Breast 10lbs: $20
    White Rice: 20LBS: $7

The 20 lb bag of rice last me a while and if you manage your portions right you will have little to no problem cutting and bulking off these two items alone. I have tried that "big on a budget" thing before. Worked pretty well for me. Tuition is expensive but your gains don't have to be!

The best thing you can eat is oatpowder. Its almost free and i think it can be used for bulk and cut. I never get fat from oat. Powder cause its real easy to eat (drink) it, quick and if you go what ever it takes, the taste will not harm you. With skimmed milk it doesn taste so very bad either.

Both great ideas. Rice however is a pain sometimes i subbed it out for sweetpotato and its easier to cook alongside chicken. Im going to aim for more around maintenance now so i can eat a little more. I dont mind taste and i dont care what food i eat so any suggestions are good. Ill see about those oats. And chicken breast is a definite.
