    question about yogurt on diet

    Good day guys
    I had a question regarding yogurt.
    now i started test+tren cutting cycle 5 days ago and have about 500 calorie deficit with 40/40/20 macros
    my diet has 1 Powerful yogurt as part of the diet. it has like 21g protein 22g carbs (19g sugars) and 0g fat. is it bad during cut ? since its dairy ?
    i also have 2 coffees at work and add 2 tbs of skim milk to each . is that bad ?
    i do cardio . workout pretty heavy and strong.
    cardio right now is 2 long sessions on weekend LISS of 45-60min
    and 2-3 sessions HiT for 20-30 min post workout.
    i train 4-5 days a week
    also having bunch of supplements. like multi vitamin , CLA, fish oil. vit C
    Zinc. calicium , and other stuff

    i think if you are looking to compete, then you might want to drop it as that is a lot of sugar.

    as most would say, if it fits into your daily macros, then roll with it. if you feel it is hindering progress, then get rid of it.

    also, post up your diet so we can critique. i saw that Nark and Nova's thread is back in action, may want to post a question in there as well.

    i think you would need to cut it out to get that low, or do more cardio

    Cut it; you can find better.
    Whatever else you are eating during that meal, just eat more of it. No need for sugar.
    Get rid of the skim milk too. Drink the black coffee!

    Of course I suppose this is where I'm obligated to say that next time get these "small" issues sorted out before you cycle.
