eating enough protein but maybe not enough calories will i still grow ?

so at the moment im 90kg about 14-15% trying to lean up to about 9/10% however i am also focosing on building my arms up too, my job isnt really active or hard work so im not burning lot of cals. today i consumed 287g protein, 110g carbs and 50g fats is that enough to build muscle tissue whilst cutting ? i am on cycle too at the moment of test/tren which i know will help.

You technically can't build muscle while in a deficit, however leaning up will help show the muscle you already have which gives a visual effect that makes it look like you grew

You technically can if the deficit is small enough to allow the amino acids not to be utilized elsewhere before being used for tissue growth.

In saying that don't expect to make any real noticeable gains while trying to diet especially as extremely as you are. I'm eating 180g protein 280g carbs 90g fat and i'm significantly lighter than you, still losing .2-.4kg per week.

Oh and the drugs will obviously help A LOT, as for the drug factor i'm not sure, probably can make some good gains regardless of the deficit just not half as much as you would in a surplus of even maintenance.

Your stats are exactly the same as when you started a test/tren cycle last year. (Actually 2kg lighter). So what did you learn from that cycle and diet because it looks like you actually went backwards in the last year.

How many cycles is this one 6? 7? These are fairly basic diet questions for someone who has done so many cycles. No offence but it's no wonder you are still at sub 200lbs at 6 feet tall after so many cycles.

Let's be blunt, you won't grow if you don't eat. You won't lose if your deficit isn't right. If your tren is good enough even 200mg per week will give you great results with a great diet. If you are taking more than that and not getting results it's bunk or your diet is.

Pick a goal, cut or bulk. Learn how to diet when you aren't on cycle and it will be a much more successful job when you do run a cycle.

    leanmachine6,
What are your food choices? How many meals are you eating? Do you feel strong during workouts?
I couldn't make gains (bulking or cutting) with 110g of carbs.

Give me some info and I can make a recommendation for you.
Then you can tell me how motivated you are to make gains because you finally have everything in order.

Diet is the foundation of athleticism, weightlifting or otherwise. If you aren't solid there, you will not see results elsewhere.
Trust me, when your diet is keyed in, you will be excited to tear it up!
