FYI for the first timers ... I just did my first self injection (in many years) and had no problems at all! No pain .. slide the needle in the 'ol cheek, I couldn't believe how easy it was.

Only thing was .. using a 23g needle it takes a little more pressure on the plunger to inject than I thought. But just keep an eye on the syringe, dont tense up and slllooowwwly depress the plunger.

Pain scale ... lets just say my girlfriend bites harder!!!

If you mthought the 23g took a bit of time, don't use a 25g

i did 23 g other night becuz ran outta 21's, 23 is hard, the plunger comes back up on its own lol !

Yeah I noticed that also ... just gotta keep constant SLOW pressure on the plunger but make sure you watch .. I thought I was done and looked down and had half left. There's a lot of back pressure on the syringe.

I'd rather do my own than have to count on someone else to do it for me. You can take your time and go as slow as you want too. Much easier to if something doesn't feel quite right... you just pull out.

There's nothing to it, Its fun and addicting!
I stay with the 25g pinz, The slower I inject... I feel less soreness the next day or two!
Its worth the extra time of injection to not be sore afterwards!

I've done Bi's, Tri's, Delts, Glutes, Quads, Traps, pecs!

I site inject when I'm going with Test Prop, Winny, Fina! (short ester gear) I say why not site inject the short esters, even it it gives you 10% more growth. I'll take that! It can't hurt anything!

when I'm going with the long esters I stick to the glutes and quads!

Ive given all of my shots to myself, and did my first shot myself in the quad...It was a joke, i was nervous loading the needle but after a slid the needle in I almost laughed. I looked at my workout partner and called him a wuss cause he said it hurt.
