There was a thread last week on syringe law by state, search for it. It will tell you if you can go into the pharmacy and pick some up, or what the restricitions are.

As far as buying them over the internet, best to PM a mod so you do not violate board rules.

Try a google search. I'm sure you can find dozens of suppliers. In many states they can be sold legally.
