hi guys for you what is the best way to train on gear?

i am almost ten week on cycle.. and see nothing,i don't have a routine,let's say is chest day... i do what i feel and go to failure every set,kill the muscle, but little to no result so far.

when i was natty same thing..same routine and no result then i switched to a basic routine with progressive overload no failure and blow up in 2 months

but i was thinking gear would make me recovery faster but nothing... should try progressive overload on cycle=

ROUTINE like bill starr,or wendler 5 3 1 would it make my gain size? is my main gol
when i start lifting i was extremely underweight like 15kg and still with man boobs and belly fat,i make progress but i think my genetics suck a little.

diet is spot on,gain weight steady
