    are my new macros looking better?

    Hey guys. So i was at a stulidly low 1500 cals a day on my cut and now ive decided to be less reckless about it. Eating out these past few days and staying at a relatively low 195 after all of it, i got over my little fear of eating n getting fat. Im taking it up to 2000 calories. 40/40/20 ratio of p,c,f.

    Im 5'10, 21 and 195 lbs. I workout 4 days a week and im a student so im not veryyyyy active. I want to get to 185. Is 2000 still a somewhat aggressive cut? Or should i do 1900 or 1800. Thanks! I am nattty and my bf is around 22%

    I would say that's still on the low side but u are cutting.

    Y have u decided to change your diet? (Witch i think is a good idea because 1500 cals isnt enough) Are u not losing weight anymore? I would up your cals a little more and try carb cycling if u haven't already

    1500 was working perfectly considering my protein was high and carbs and fats were low , but my lifts were stalled. Most of it had to do with the fact that i did a crazy 60 or 65 lb cut over the summer and developed this fear of food and becoming fat again along the way if i ever cheated. 1500-1600 calories worked and i felt that if i ever broke it i would ruin my progress which i now feel is not true. So im going to go by the book now haha.

    Wow, 60lbs in one summer is crazy! Haha, yes I would raise it a little more then 2000 cals but that's just me. Haha, kesp the food clean and the work outs hard and U will be just fine. I love to carb cycle because I drop weight fasto on it. Maybe give that a tryear ones u get your numbers all set up!

    I cut aggressively at 2000 cals when my stats were similar to yours. With a strict diet and cardio + weights routine you can lean up for sure. What's the first look like?
