Ill tell you what man I have been there. Are you on cycle? If not as right or wrong as it may be viewed there is little that gets me as motivated or stoked and recommitted is a good cycle plan. Just setting it up and getting the things I need get me right in the mindset. Its easy to say oh you need to just bear down and force yourself, and of course you do and you can but I am just shooting it too you straight doing what I said really gets me right back on track big time.
