    Cool Turning fat into muscle?

    Hi guys,

*If this thread has already been done please re-direct me

I've been working out for a few years and managed to put on a bit of mass without getting too fat - but the time has come to really step it up and get that ripped look.

    I weigh about 89-91kg at 6ft. I've just started my first cycle of sust250 at .8ml every 3days (500mg/12wks).

I'm happy with my overall mass, but I want to get my bf <10% - currently 12-15%(picture estimation).

My diet is decent but I want to improve on it. My macros are as follows:
    cals:3268
    fat:45g
    pr: 230g
    carbs: 471g

This intake should(?) be my required maintenance at my weight.

My question is: If I continue eating this diet while on test, will my bf decrease and turn into muscle?
If it is possible what improvements can I make via supps/diet?

Or: should I quit the dreaming and just go calorie deficient?

Read about the keto diet it seems to work wonders for some people, Basically using your stored fat as energy and eating A high protein/high fat diet with LOW carbs

well you cant turn fat into muscle you may know that already but in order to loose fat you will need to lower your cals because 3262 cals and almost 500g carbs I would say that is more of a bulking protocol if I were you I would just keep doing what you are doing and make as much gains as you can and wait till you are off cycle and pct is over and start cutting there is plenty of info on this site to show you how to get the bf lower

Fat can't turn into muscle, you can only increase the size of muscle cells and decrease the size of fat cells. Just focus on dieting and slowly decreasing calories, with the increased nitrogen balance and protein synthesis you may be able to gain some size in a mild-moderate deficit so just focus on that + train hard and you should be able to get lean while adding a bit of size.

Or in your case wanting to get so lean go in a moderate-large deficit and you should be able to hold onto all of the size you already have.

    U tool. LoL

OP. Your cals may need to come down to drop bf.

Most members who dirty bulk are unhappy with the fat gain. Next time consider lean bulking. Now you need to increase cardio and keep lifting while reducing calories. Drink plenty of water!
