Hello all. So as some of you may know, i did and am still in the process of doing a crazy cut from 260 to 192 as of tonight. My calories were super low, around 1800 a day minus a days cheat and it worked very quickly ...maybe 4 months. Now, ive tried normalizing my intake so today i had 2 protein bars, a double shot coffee with 20g protein in it, a tuna sandwich from subway with cheese and i just had 2 eggs and a can of tuna. My weight is slowly starting to creep up and the whole weight loss has lost momentum these past 2 weeks. In normalizing my caloric intake, is there some sort of rebound since i was on such a deficit during my cut? I still wake up feeling dry and shredded but the scale thinks otherwise. I cant be gaining muscle since im almost 70 lbs into this cut...or am i? Ive been having more sodium from the sandwich and drinks but not thattt much...my carbs have increased...today it was at 140 which is pretty high compared to what i was at..
my clothes dont fit any tighter...if anything ive gone from size 33 to 32 jeans recently (38 to 32 overall).
My calories are at around 2000 now... compared to the previous 1800 and even 1500. With a 40 40 20 ratio
