Ive been on a macro split of 40 40 20 at 3500 calories and dieting since august, dropped from 109-108kg and now sitting at 96-97. Ive got just under 2 weeks to go and ideally want to be around 93ish. Im on cycle so muscle loss isnt a concern, clen and T3 and ill be upping my t3 dose but thinking of changing macro split ideally to, even though the T3 will still increase my overall calorie expedenture i guess it wouldnt hurt per say.
What would you guys suggest. ? 50 30 20?
i have Always preferd macro splits as this is the way ive been doing all my diets for years, just after some more opinions i guess .
