    Age: 30

Weight: 185-190lbs (I lose weight if I skip a meal)

Height: 5'8 (I am short but I don't look big)

    BF: 20-25% (picture attached)

Prior AAS use: Deca and Equipoise ( one of the biggest mistakes of my life)

Sides: Gyno surgery (not sure what went wrong but my chest stopped growing after the surgery. I had more muscle on my chest when I was 128lbs).

Do you guys suggest test only or test/dbol?

Honestly? I'd recommend a diet overhaul and probably a workout overhaul too. You should really forget any AAS for the foreseeable future.

Please post your diet in a new thread in the diet forum.

    +1

You need to condition yourself and get your diet and training fine tuned.
Some people are under the impression that steroids work wonders, they only work if your diet and nutrition is in order. No offence but judging by the pic you posted, it doesnt seem like it is in order.

Visit the diet section and post in there for help, when you stick to that for 6 months and discipline yourself, then you may be ready.

x5.... The reason the guys above recommend that you get BF down before you consider cycling is that additional bodyfat will cause you to have way more side effects than benefit from AAS. From example you will find it impossible to control estrogen which will most likely give you Gyno with your history. Good luck on your journey back!

Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate consistent advice, I really do.

I will post my questions in the diet section but you guys know my situation. I eat 2800-3200 calories (45% carbs, 30% protien, 25% fat).

    Granola,
    rice,
    chicken thighs,
    feta cheese for salad,
    lettuce,
    Fruits for carbs,
    protien shakes,
bread if I don't hit my daily macros -

These are the only things i eat every single day.

    Workout-
    5 days weight training
    1 day indoor soccer
1 day parkour (haven't been going for 6 months but will rejoin soon)

I work very hard for what I see in the mirror - I am very disciplined. I personally blame it on poor genetics but I want to know what you guys think.

I am a grown man so I can handle criticism so please feel give your honest feedback.

Congrats on your results so far. Although you may have a diet protocol, I'm gonna go on a limb and say that your protocol hasn't been executed for more than a year. I'm not being disrespectful at all.. Just would hate to see you shortchange yourself by taking a premature leap. Listen to the vets here.. They know what they are talking about. Stay focused on your goals and go through the necessary steps without giving into the temptation of shortcuts. Just my $.02. Good luck and keep up the good work!

You are right - I have been eating clean for only 2-3 months now. I will wait till I am 10%-12% bf before I think of anything.
