Bfast.
Oatmeal, 4 egg w, 1 banana
Meal 1-5
Chicken breast 500g (the whole day)
Sweet potatoes and broccoli
Add ons. Eggs and banana
From what i read, diet is very crucial to fix your bfp and do cardio as well.
My questions is what if i only am able to do cardio.2-3x week but thats not event HIIT, med effort for 30 mins.
Because my leg day is twice a week and its every hard to do cardio when your legs hurt like hell. Comments pls on the diet and is it possible to lower down my bfp to what extent?
