Lately I've been learning more and more about dieting, especially bulking.. One thing I'm reading a lot about is the ideal protein consumption.. I have read everything from 0.5g per lb of body weight to 2-3g per lb of bodyweight..
At the moment I am 200lbs on a bulk, taking in 750 cal surplus. I am on around 100g fat, 400g of carbs and 300g of PROTEIN.. I find this working ATM.
Just want to know what everyone else thinks about this and what you personally take..
