How come the minority is winning over the majority?

here is the definition of minority - Minority | Define Minority at Dictionary.com

why have people changed so much to where the act like this?

if i was the coach of that team, i would have asked the players to leave the team! there are plenty of good players that deserve a free education for a football scholarship that would love the opportunity that those kids have.
