Hey guys I'm a huge fan of Mark Dugdale and his training philosophy, which mostly come from John Meadows. I was looking at this current split and it makes sense but I'm not sure if it would be too much for the average body builder. Mark has been training a lot longer than me, has much more size than me, and also has the supplementation and coaching back that I lack.

4-legs explosive/pump
5-chest/shoulders explosive pump

7-back explosive/pump
The whole idea on the pump days is maximum pump with little CNS stress. I know this isn't exactly a new idea as there are lots of programs that hit muscles twice a week, but 7 days no rest? I'm thinking it would be more feasible to do legs,push,pull,legs, push,pull, off?
