This is going to be my 90 Day Hydrogen Peroxide Nutritional Detox experiment. I'm using a Food Grade 35% H202. I dilute my mixture following a ratio of 1 part H202: 15 parts distilled H20. I'll eventually increase my potency to the standardized 1 part H202: 11 parts distilled H20 ( ie. 1oz 35% Pure H202: 11oz distilled H20). I'll try to elaborate a little on the ideology behind this practice, but it mainly revolves around oxidizing your physiological wellbeing in a way that would be synergistic to the development of aerobic functions. This is desirable to an extent due to the predominance of aerobic vs. anaerobic bacterium.
Hydrogen peroxide can be relatively harmless and offer some possible benefits if used within the right hands. However, you should still keep in mind that it's a peroxide and thus a very potent oxidizing agent. The solutions you find within local grocery stores are hazardous as they are not purely H202, but they also contain a lot of unpleasant solvents. You have to get very specific form that is food grade and safe for human consumption. The biggest danger comes down to incorrect ratios within the solution and causing a chemical burn and/or spawning some very unwanted discomfort.
Hopefully I see some clear improvement with my G.I function. Also, having healthier skin wouldn't be unwelcomed ( P. Acnes is an anaerobic bacterium that heavily contributes to bacterial-based acne vulgaris)
UPDATE: First week I'm starting lightly with dosages as it's my cautious nature. Hydrogen peroxide can be relatively harmless and offer some possible benefits if used within the right hands. The solutions you find within local grocery stores are hazardous as they are not purely H202, but they also contain a lot of unpleasant solvents.
