Not gear related but some of you guys are pretty damn smart.
So it typically happens most in the winter. I get sick when the first cold snap comes through, and it seems like it doesn't end until spring comes (then allergies take over, but that's another story).
It comes and goes, but basically all winter im congested and/ or runny nose. The part that comes and goes is sore throat, joint stiffness and an over all unwell feeling (feel feverish but body temperature is always normal). Strength takes a big hit during these times as well.
I work about 50/50 inside and out. When i go out i always try to keep my head warm. I'm on trt and usually take a multivitamin (but not always, never seems to make any difference).
I also have a 7 year old. Which is probably a large part of the problem.
So what do you guys think? How can i stay healthy throughout the winter? I'm going through my second bout with this crap already this year so im open to suggestions
