I have been struggling to get to low bodyfat many times and wanted to hear other people for advice or whats wrong with my current routine.
Im currently 14 days cutting and I let someone measure my bodyfat and it came out at : Biceps 3 mm, Triceps 5 mm , back 14 mm and abdominal area 9 mm = 13% , so im holding the most fat on my back.
I tried efedrine, clenbuterol and stil didnt lose the amount of desired bodyfat.
My diet contains the following : * 50 grams of oatmeal + 35 gram whey + 30 gram peanutbutter * 250 gram chicken breast + 50 g white rice * 250 gram chicken breast + 50 g white rice * 50 grams of oatmeal + 35 gram whey + 30 gram peanutbutter * 500 grams of greek yoghurt.
Around 2000 calories, 230 gram protein, 160 g carbs and 70 g fats.
I started doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday, morning or after training and I am training 5 times every week.
Currently on 250 mg test E and 300 mg NPP every week with lots of pre workout.
I want to achieve 8% bodyfat and want my abs to show up, and everywhere it says that my abs show if i have low fat on my stomach so does someone have some tips or advice? Im 1.85 M 90 KG and apparantly 13 % here is a pic of me : https://scontent-ams2-1.xx.fbcdn.net...d7&oe=56EF21C4
