So my wife has some pretty small breast and has brought up getting fake tits at least 10 times. It doesn't necessarily bother me that hers are small, but I wouldn't mind them being bigger and her having more cleavage. I definitely don't shame her small boobs or make her feel insecure. I assure her that I love them just the way they are. So she doesn't want them to please me, she just wants them bigger..

Any ones wife or GF have fake tits. I know they technology has gotten better.. would you be able to tell they were fake just by looking at them if you didn't know? Do they feel weird? I know now they can put them in through a cut in the arm pit or even the nipples? Did you notice a change in her personality? Was she more flirtatious with other men or dress more revealing? I wouldn't have a problem with her showing them off cause I know Id do the same if I was A girl with a new pair of tits.

Any info in general or thoughts would be appreciated. I dont think id mind if they looked good enough. They they look wierd if they're "installed" and then a pregnancy happens?

Haven't felt.hers but I know to me at least u can tell a difference by touch.

I also have heard nipple sensitivity is much less afterwards.

I know a lot of women lol and its divided. Some are against all cosmetic surgeries and others run to them.

I have never met a female with breast implants that look natural. I have touched implants on my gf invitation (no homo lol). Nothing fake feels natural.

There's a lot of botched boob jobs. The best candidate for breast implants has zero breast tissue.

Have your wife Google breast implant correction surgerys. Doctors making $$$$$ fixing other surgeons mistakes. It's almost criminal since surgery is elective and you sign off on the risk including repairs at your own expense.

Go to a plastic surgeon who specializes in boob jobs. They all have one area that they do better. Find the best boob surgeon and pay the price. The surgeon makes the difference!!!

Breast implants make thin girls look heavier.not often realized until they are installed.

A surgeon recommends the patient weight is stable and no fluctuations. Breast implants will look different with weight gain. Not necessarily better :/

Never allow the surgeon to cut off the nipples. Run from the office if that's their protocol. That surgeon is a mutilator.

It's not onetime investment. Need to be refreshed every 8-10 years.

If planning to have children wait. My gf say breast sag is inevitable with babies. Good Surgeons say wait until after child bearing years.

One of my very close gf self confidence was wrapped up in her AA cup size. She's slim up top and roomy thru the hips and thighs. She has DD now. She wears plunging necklines now and her implants are literally in my face. Huge change in her dress. Shocking. She went from mom of 2 conservative to showing off her new cleavage with plunging necklines. Well educated and showing it off at work. Makes me uncomfortable but seems the men do like the view. She's been promoted after the boobs. Just saying. Her doctor recommended the DD size to make her more proportionate. Fast forward 5 years and she has gained about 25 lbs more. So now her tummy butt and thighs are carrying extra weight and she has DD implants....so she looks bigger all around. She would have rather a C cup.....her skin is now stretched over the DD. This gf doesn't workout anymore. It's harder to have active lifestyle with DD. Special bras just to hold up the weight. More back issues.

Fake tits can look natural under clothes, but they never feel natural. Personnaly hate'em.
They are just for looks, in the sack they are useless and sometimes even in the way as many women have pain or feel disconfort in some positions.

Be careful that the surgeon uses a technique that allows her to breastfeed in the future, if she cares about that.

And yes, they'll need to be attended to again, and possibly a third time.

If I was an AA, I would not change them, so it's very personal. For me implanting a non-necessary foreign object in the body is just not worth risking long terms problems like hardening, pain, etc. when she is perfectly fine as is. But I think we live in a culture where attention for being sexy is the absolute apotheosis of existence, and women want attention, so the breast surgeons prosper. It's hard to ignore that culture, but I would be kicking myself for being an idiot if I did something like this in the name of attention and then went on to suffer with chronic pain and stuff like some women do. There's nothing wrong with small breasts.

Depends on how much bigger but yes you will be able to tell. For example getting Ds will be quite obvious just because of the shape.

Yup. You can go through the bellybutton also. Nipple I don't think looks good as sometimes you can actually see scarring around the nipple. Also under the breast sometimes can leave scarring.

Probably more confident because of the male attention she'll get.

I think this really depends on the person. But more men for sure would be talking to her, looking at the very least.
