Greetings, I have decided to do my first cycle starting 2016 and I am a logging kind of person so I figured I would start a daily or eod log on here. I have been a lurker for years and a member for a year and I must say I love this place. Everyone us polite and respectful to even the most idiotic of questions. Anyway I will be logging AAS diet and workouts on here in hopes that it may help someone else.
I am starting this log now so when I start on the 1st I will not need to set this up I will list what I did yesterday obviously minus aas and I'll put my next post of my cycle current stats and what not.
Yesterday my diet I included my screen shots a
work out is a Yates/marcus300/kel kel routine
BENT ROWS
2 warm up 135 and 185 only 4 or 5 reps just making sure I'm in working order.
1 working set 225 5 reps drop 200 for 3 reps
YATES LA PULLOVER machine
no warm up just working set 10 reps with stack
2 seconds down 2 secondhold 4 seconds up
SEATED ROWS pulling high tummy
1 warm up to get in the grove
1 working 4 reps with 250 rest pause and got 2 more plus a half rep.
DEAD LIFT YATES MID SHIN
1 warm up 225 5reps feeling stupid pump
1 working 405 for 3 reps and done!
1 set of hyper extention to failure
35 min start to finishing
