Biceps only burn at the bottom...

im sure i know what the problem is but during my training of biceps its always the bottom of my biceps that start burning and getting fatigued. i hardly ever feel a burn all the way through the bicep nevertheless the top where the bicep tendon goes into the shoulder.

sounds like tendinitis! or could be you're doing it wrong. you can try isolating workouts by using cable machines, closer to the machine you hit the lower part of your biceps, away from the machine you'll hit your upper biceps. but i believe its your posture or the way you're doing it. never bottom out on the way down, always keep resistance to avoid injury.

Try standing against a wall during curls to force your elbows in line with your body.

Don't drag the bar up your body (unless doing reverse curls)
