That's a pretty benign dosage of testosterone if one were looking for substantial LBM gain. If anything you're just giving yourself a little bit of a temporary boost on neuroregenerative activity. If you are going to shut down a portion of the HPTA then I would start around 400mg/wk+, but there necessarily isn't anything wrong with being on the cautious side either. HCG is great because it's an LH analog, but why not go for a higher dosage if you are using a safety mechanism? In my opinion you'd deal with the same range of restart difficulty with 250mg/wk with HCG vs. 400mg/wk with HCG. The only difference may be side effects. You only provided one part of your diet (1.5g/lb protein intake). What are the other macronutrient numbers?
