Im a good 185 solid and about 9.5-10% bf. Wann get to 7.5 to 8% and stay at 185. Im taking in about 4200 to 4500 cal a day and on test e, sus, tren a, eq, winn and hgh. What can i add or remove to get to goal? Just changed routine as well to about 16 sets per body part 2x a week. I know i have to up my cardio. Anything else can do?
