    Adding Cardio...need suggestions

With a higher %BF, I need to roll in more cardio to my day. There are the obvious running/cycling/treadmill type stuff which will generally work for me. However I am looking for suggestions for the days that I have my son, even on the days I have him I am up at 430am to workout. When I have him I obviously can't leave him alone those days; he's only 4.

Do you guys have suggestions on what I could do those days to be sure to get my cardio in? Are weight complexes a suitable alternative?

I've got full access to dumbells, barbell, landmine, rope, pull up bar; BUT I live on the second floor so jumping around isn't too much of an option.

That's easy! Simple as taking a walk with your kid, do a circuit training with the weights. Push-ups and hard abs workouts. Up downs.

Pritty much just get your heart rate going brother!

yep, you can find that right over here (OR not cause I don't have enough post's to link it - either way its over there)

    and I am NOT waking a 4 y/o at 430 am!

I guess I just hear cardio and immediately think treadmill/run. Any suggestions on circuit training? the rest is pretty straight forward.
