Not sure how much you weigh, but 900 cals a day I would suggest your strength will drop substantially after a short time.
Id rather cut slowly than loose muscle, muscle tissue is harder to gain so it would be a shame loosing it to then have to re gain it.
You will lose muscle on that diet everyday.
Try carb cycling or something and take your time cutting

I wouldn't consider that a hard cut. It's more like a self destructive initiative for anything you've ever worked for.
can i just refeed 3 day and going in to a moderate ipocaloric diet? ten days in can i repear the damage or what i've lost i have to deal with? i have lost inch everywhere.
